An excellent lychee scented tea.
Its taste is exquisite, it has the right strength and rich colour when brewed in a glass tea pot. A definite winner!
I love the design and the labels on this tin. It’s simple and elegant and keeps the tea fresh.
Lovely tea, my main hot drink. Good flavour and not dusty. Always speedy service and great packaging.
Have been drinking hibiscus for many years and the product from Shibui is great. Not over packaged and the flowers are slightly chopped but not dusty. Excellent flavour.
After hearing how good green tea is for you I thought I should try it again. This one is very mild with no bitter notes. Even my husband who is firmly a ‘builders’ tea drinker now enjoys a daily cup of this. Thank you.
I bought this Oolong tea to compliment a two week cleansing diet. The coconut scent is rewarding and the tea arrived fast and is packaged in a very elegant, understated way, making it a pleasure to use each time. The cardboard tube closes securely which means the scent hits you in a lovely way at every opening, and the little teabags are sweet and silken. The tea is quite sharp, but has a slightly nutty taste which feels nourishing, and the coconut takes the edge of the tartness. If I had not been dieting I might have added honey. I made a pot each night which I drank through an hour of piano practise! I felt my attention was a little sharper. I can report that I lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks (although I was also following a simple diet!) and that my piano playing improved!
This is a really interesting blend and quite different to other rooibos blends I've tried. It's delicious and can be enjoyed with or without milk as it brews a lot darker than other rooibos.
I really like this tea. I've had masala chai blends before and this is as good as any I've found. I find I need to use a bit more leaves than recommended to get a good flavour but I've found that with all the masala chai blends I've tried.
I like this tea, it has a nice flavour and a nice bit of spice that's adds a warming effect. For me though there is too much liquorice, it comes through as overly sweet, almost like a syrup. I actually find the tea better when mix in some decaf breakfast to soften the flavour. I guess I would prefer more ginger and less liquorice but then that may just be me as I don't really like liquorice in the first place.
