I have had tea from shibui many times and have always received quality goods and excellent service.
Outstanding
Although I thought the price was a bit steep. I tried the mini sampler and one flavour that stood out was camomile tea. I usually don't like the taste when I've tried other brands but I was presently surprised...it was actually really nice... I'm already a fan of the tropical green tea.
Having tried all sorts of brands, I couldn't quite find that strong, refreshing taste of peppermint leaves I'd been craving for...until I discovered Shi Bui. Thank you!

For my birthday, I received a tea selection box. All three teas were delicious and unlike normal fruit/herbal teas where the flavour isn’t very strong. The chocolate and ginger is by far my favourite, so much so that I’ve recently had to re-order as I had ran out! It’s also excellent for curbing my chocolate cravings. Thanks Shi-Bui!

I love spicy teas, I love pumpkin pie, I thought this would be a match made in heaven for me. But there’s something about this tea that’s really off putting. Maybe the papaya? Or the combination of that with the turmeric? This is the first shibui tea I’ve tried that I really haven’t enjoyed, so I’m sure it’s just a personal preference!
I've never been a tea-on-show storage person, but these jars have changed my mind. Good quality and reassuringly solid to boot.
This tea is a treat. I enjoy savouring the perfect blend of ginger and notes of chocolate.
I bought this lovely jar for our Earl Grey tea, and now I want to buy another jar for our chocolate and ginger tea as well.
