Please spread the word among your tea loving pals! We're looking to expand and take on a new team member.

We're after a Warehouse & Packing Assistant to join our small team at our Edinburgh warehouse.

The role is all about getting orders out of the door properly - printing orders and shipping labels, picking tea and accessories, packing them neatly, and having everything ready when the courier arrives. You'd also keep the shelves stocked and the working areas tidy, flag when we're running low on something, and help out with stock counts.

It's a hands-on job. You'll be on your feet most of the day, walking round the warehouse and lifting and taping boxes. Happy to talk about reasonable adjustments with anyone who needs them.

What we're really after is someone fun, reliable with a good eye for detail. In a team our size, one mis-picked order is something a customer notices - so the care matters far more to us than any previous warehouse experience. If you've never done this before, that's genuinely fine. We'll train you up properly.

We're on the outskirts of Edinburgh, very close to Ikea, so if you are partial to Swedish meatballs for lunch then that is even more reason to join us.

Ideally we'd like someone full-time Monday to Friday, but we are open to applications from those who would like to work flexibly around other commitments such as childcare. Unfortunately this role is not suitable for homeworking.

The salary is £26,250 a year for a 37.5 hour week. Pro rata if you're working fewer hours.

Authentic taste

It has been hard to find a truly smoky Lapsang but this is definitely one of the best I have tried. In my opinion there is a very slight background scent of something, possibly floral, which I am not particularly fond of but the tea is otherwise delicious. As usual, delivery from Shibui was rapid and the packaging (cardboard tube) so practical. All round excellent product and service.

White Peony from Shi Bui

The white peony has been a great discovery. I like it a lot. It was well packaged and delivered in perfect condition. So five stars all round. I reckon you've gained a regular customer. Many thanks.

First Class Earl Grey

This is the very best Earl Grey tea I have tasted and as a lover of EG tea I have tried many different brands. I love this tea and treat myself on special occasions.

My go-to tea. Fabulous quality - no dust here.

Too licorice heavy for me.

Good quality tea with big chunks of the ingredients but this is too licorice tasting for me. Would love a chocolate and ginger rooibos blend.

Fabulous fragrant delicious Jasmine Tea

I love this tea. One bag makes a lovely cup of tea - it’s light and refreshing with no aftertaste.

Lovely Matcha!

I was looking for a good quality matcha locally made in Edinburgh, and I've found it. The matcha is bright green and flavourful, just as it should be.

Favourite one so far

This is my favourite caffeine free tea. It has the right amount of ginger and slight sweetness from the cocoa. It smells like chocolate ginger biscuits too.
