This is our Classic Organic Matcha – a high grade organic matcha that’s smooth, mild, and easy to enjoy.

It’s made using a mix of first and second harvest leaves and stone-ground the traditional way.

Great if you love a matcha latte or smoothie.

Delicate aftertaste, no bitterness, rich fragrance – all-round lovely stuff.

Matcha can be a wee bit fiddly to prepare but a guide below should help. Any questions just please ping us an email.

Boil fresh water - it's always best to use fresh water in the kettle rather than reboil the water from a previous boil.
Let the water cool to around 80°C. This can take around 10 minutes. A tip is to decant between cups - each decant removes about 5°C so 4 or 5 swaps will get it down to a good temperature.
Put ½ teaspoon into a matcha bowl or mug.
Whisk until a fine froth appears. Be careful if using an electric whisk that it does not spray. It should take around 10-15 seconds of whisking and you have your matcha.
Taste, drink and enjoy!

To make a latte - simply follow the above but with maybe a bit less water - then top up with warmed milk.

Nice, Subtle Taste

Good quality matcha, although didn’t quite hit the spot for me taste-wise. It froths beautifully and is pretty smooth.

My favourite alternative to coffee

I love this matcha tea. I blend it in my nutribullet with some oat/coconut milk and a sprinkle of powdered stevia, it’s frothy and delicious 🤤

I used matcha green tea to make a hot milk cake and ice cream and lattes it was delicious but be careful of the measures used because it is stronger tasting than I thought I also loved the chocolate and ginger tea that I was sent as a taster sample it was delicious hot but even better cold with ice

This is the most amazing Chai tea I have tasted. So light and so refreshing. I ordered a box of 15 in my first order and have now ordered two boxes of 60 tea bags. I won’t be going back to my regular chai tea bags !!

Incredibly refreshing

I love this tea. I'm not sure whether it's meant to be refreshing but, to me, it is. I often drink a cup last thing at night and it seems to settle me for a good night's sleep. Both my wife and I love the stuff.....
