Refunds and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you have up to fourteen days from the day after receiving your goods to do so. You can contact us by email at customerservice@shibui-tea.co.uk, by phone on 0131 448 1598, or by using the contact form below. Alternatively, you can also request a refund directly through your online account.

You must keep reasonable care of the goods and, unless the goods were faulty or mis-described, pay the return delivery costs. A full refund including standard delivery charges will be made within at most 14 days if the goods are returned undamaged and unopened.
