I came across this wonderful Earl Grey in an equally lovely Bristol cake Shop (Ahhtoot). They were kind enough to give me a pre packed tea bag to take home so that I could remember the details. I've just brewed my first cup and it is delightful ❤️

Different to traditional earl grey, but I think it's great. Best drunk without milk.
I prefer spearmint to peppermint but not always easy to find. This one is delicious - true refreshing spearmint.
I first had the Shibui earl grey tea at the Botanics cafe in Edinburgh. I didn't realise I could buy it to have at home. But now it's my everyday tea and I'm loving it
The gingerbread tea is delicious, just as I expected! At the coffee shop where I used to work, they brought us some tea samples. I kept the little tag from the gingerbread tea with the company’s name on it, and by chance, I found it again recently. I searched for it, ordered it, and it arrived in just three days. Well done, guys! I can’t wait to try the other flavours!
We were given a 'Black Tea Collection' box as a present and this was such a great way of tasting the different teas from Shibui. We have since ordered Happy Valley Darjeeling, which is a lovely light tea with a distinctive flavour. Ordering was easy, delivery prompt and customer service excellent. We will definitely be ordering again!
