Great service as usual. Tea it’s usual high standard. Peppermint, lapsang and blood orange this order!
I have tried several green teas but this is my absolute favourite, really nice full flavour with no bitterness if brewed correctly. Such good quality products, wouldn’t buy from anywhere else
Great quality product, this is my absolute go to as a winter warmer or if I start to feel as if my immune system is in need of a boost. Great for a sore throat with a drop of honey ..yum! I don’t like to be without a tub of this in the cupboard. Thank you shibui ❤️
I loved the rooibos, and the delivery was excellent. My favourite was the blueberry one. I didn't love the African Winter, but overall I enjoyed them all.
Beautifully crafted chamomile tea with quality ingredients- it makes such a pretty gift. The customer service is fantastic and responsive.
Very disappointed with changes in ingredients. I don't use sugar so difference is very noticeable to me.
I was always buying individually wrapped version as it had pieces of pineapple and mainly no ginger as other versions had so I have blindly reordered as before expecting same thing.
Unfortunately now no more pineapple piecesbut flavourings instead 🫤
And addition of ginger made it a bit bitter.
Not sure if family would still like to drink it as their breakfast tea. I'm sure it would be still ok for those especially who use sugar. Sugar will mask it all but for me not so much.. Wish I have noticed changes before purchase. Sad as will need to look for new favourite..
I really like this oolong.
Ti Kuan Yin is nice clean oolong with great taste as I feel that some other oolongs are bit muddy and lacking on taste.
This one is one of my favourites so I recommend if you are into oolong teas.
Waiting for Shibui to introduce more oolong teas in the future..
The Scottish breakfast tea is nice and rounded but less strong and malty than I expected, hence only four stars from me.
