Green tea, ginger, green maté, cardamom seed, lemon peel, turmeric. Contains Caffeine.
2-3 mins Using cooled boiled water at approx. 80°C. Best to brew below boiling - a quick tip - put the boiling water into the mug or teapot first then add the tea - the cold mug will take the sting out of the boiling water.
Most delicious tea I’ve ever tasted! Green tea with a kick of spice. Great to see that the bags are compostable and the packaging is recyclable. Will be ordering again (and again!)

One of my favourite teas
I ordered a huge top up of the golden mate because it's one of my favourites. A great tea for keeping me going through the afternoon. Relaxing and energising at the same time.
