The subscribe & save option allows you to pick your favourite teas; choose when you wish them to be delivered and save 10% at the same time too.

Of course! You have complete control over your subscriptions.
From the customer area, you can reschedule, pause, cancel and change how often you get your tea.

By subscribing you're already saving 10% on every order so unfortunately you cannot combine with further discounts.

You will be charged on your subscriptions renewal date. Don't worry though, we will send you an email a couple of days before your upcoming order is due so will give you some time to amend.

Yes! You can combine and order a subscription product and a one-off purchase in the same basket.
You can also add one-off purchases to your upcoming subscription order via the customer area. Just log on and you'll be able to add another tea to your next delivery.

Delivery costs are the same whether you're subscribing or not.
For orders under £30, our standard Royal Mail tracked delivery service is £3. For orders over £30, the shipping is free.
