Can I cancel or skip an order?

Of course! You have complete control over your subscriptions.

From the customer area, you can reschedule, pause, cancel and change how often you get your tea.

If you're finding it difficult to modify your subscription, please reach out to us, and we'll gladly assist you.

Can I add discounts to subscriptions?

By subscribing you're already saving 10% on every order so unfortunately you cannot combine with further discounts.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be charged on your subscriptions renewal date. Don't worry though, we will send you an email a couple of days before your upcoming order is due so will give you some time to amend.

Can I add one-off purchases to my subscription?

Yes! You can combine and order a subscription product and a one-off purchase in the same basket.

You can also add one-off purchases to your upcoming subscription order via the customer portal. Just log on and you'll be able to add another tea to your next delivery.

What are the delivery costs for my subscription?

Delivery costs are the same whether you're subscribing or not.

For orders under £30, our standard Royal Mail tracked delivery service is £3. For orders over £30, the shipping is free.

Chocolate and Ginger Tea

Best herbal tea ever! Products may initially seem a little expensive but loose tea goes a long way compared to well known herbal tea bags. Excellent quality and really good customer service.

Better Mint

Normally not a fan of mint teas but this one is amazing. Tried to test but will return for more.

Rooibos

one of the best rooibos out there; it has become a regular buy (along with earl grey rooibos).

Amazing flavour

I received some samples of your tea and this was my absolute favourite so I was happy to purchase some for myself recently. The sensation of the ginger mixed with what can only be described as a dark liquid chocolate over your taste buds is something out of this world. I never knew tea could feel so decadent. A perfect gift

I purchased this for a friend after I had sampled some of your teas. I decided to select my favourite (so far) of ginger and chocolate as well as one that looked interesting. Both teas went down well. My friend thought they were amazing. I may have converted him

Not one to give reviews..but….

Loved the tea.. great flavour, delicate but with enough body to make the decaf a very satisfying and refreshing brew.

The service and personal touches from shibui are impeccable and I am an advocate and (now) a repeat and happy customer!

Tasty tea

Comparing this to the assam decaf this has more of a fruity aroma out the bag & a slightly less bolder taste but still very good flavour. Usually made with almond & oat blend, I rinse leaves after bewing and get a 3rd decent cup out of every 2. I use about 2 heaped teaspoons in a standard cup but the 3rd combo brew needs a larger one.

Very smart
