I am really pleased with the decaffeinated Assam tea. Lovely flavour. A pleasure to deal with Shibui Tea.
I’ve tried different suppliers for this tea, and they do vary.
This Shibui pu’erh excels in complexity of flavour. As you would expect it brews quite quickly, and re-brewing gives another, slightly different, cup.
Very good after a meal and I also get very good results using it as a base for brewing a particular type of kombucha.
Strong, full of flavour, but not too astringent. It seems to suit my water supply, which is soft, but I would imagine the brew would be excellent in a hard water area too. Such a good tea.
Earl Grey is delicious. Jasmine wonderful and great for digestion. Chai also amazing. Shibui flavours are full on and always guaranteed. Highly recommended. Great value for three different teas to try.
This peppermint tea is the absolute best and I bought the individually wrapped so I can always have some with me wherever I go. It’s refreshing, delicious and great for digestion too. Highly recommend.
