This visually appealing tea is based on a somewhat unusual blend of mellow sencha and green mate. The slightly spicy notes of the mate mingle with the delicate sweetness of roses petals creating an exquisite drink.

Ingredients: Chinese green tea, green mate, coconut shreds, flavouring, rose petals, cornflower blossoms.

Fragrant Delight!

This tea was the first of the three I opened from Shibui Tea and I was immediately greeted with a smell that reminded me of Cherry Bakewell slices! A truly lovely tea, smooth, light and flavoursome without being overpowering! I will buy this again!

Brewing Instructions

The table below shows the approximate brewing/infusing times for the different tea types.

It assumes around a 2.5 to 3g serving but it is not an exact science so experiment to find the perfect brew time to suit you.

It is best to use freshly boiled water - so if you've got some water left in your kettle from before - pour it out and start again!
