Gingerbread Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 x Shibui Gingerbread tea bag or 3g x Gingerbread loose leaf tea
- 75ml of boiling water
- 75ml milk (or your favourite dairy-free alternative)
- Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Method:
- Start by making a concentrated brew. Use approximately 1 tea bag or 3g of our Gingerbread tea.
- Use 75ml of boiling water and brew for 5-7 minutes.
- While your tea is brewing, gently heat your milk in a saucepan over medium heat. For an extra creamy and light texture, use a milk frother.
- Once the tea is ready, remove tea bags/strain tea and add a healthy dusting of cinnamon.
- Pour the warm, frothed milk into the tea, mixing gently.
- Top your gingerbread latte with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg. If you're feeling indulgent, add a touch of whipped cream.

Tea Tip: For a dairy-free version; almond, oat, or coconut milk works well. Each option adds its own unique creaminess to the latte!
