Gingerbread Latte Recipe

There is nothing like the warm, spiced flavour of gingerbread to get you in the festive spirit. Our Gingerbread Herbal Tea combines sweet and spicy notes of ginger, cinnamon, liqourice root and cardamom. This recipe will show you how to transform it into a creamy, indulgent gingerbread latte that is perfect for cosy evenings or chilly mornings.

  1. Start by making a concentrated brew. Use approximately 1 tea bag or 3g of our Gingerbread tea.
  2. Use 75ml of boiling water and brew for 5-7 minutes.
  3. While your tea is brewing, gently heat your milk in a saucepan over medium heat. For an extra creamy and light texture, use a milk frother.
  4. Once the tea is ready, remove tea bags/strain tea and add a healthy dusting of cinnamon.
  5. Pour the warm, frothed milk into the tea, mixing gently.
  6. Top your gingerbread latte with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg. If you're feeling indulgent, add a touch of whipped cream.

Tea Tip: For a dairy-free version; almond, oat, or coconut milk works well. Each option adds its own unique creaminess to the latte!
