    Legend has it the goddess of mercy visited a poor farmer in a dream and told him of a treasure in a nearby cave. The gift was a tea shoot, which he was instructed to share. When you taste this oolong you will be grateful he was true to his word and share it with the world. Also known as Tie Kwan Yin or the Iron Goddess of Mercy.

    Ingredients: Half-fermented Chinese Oolong tea.

    I adore this tea and it’s in all my orders . I drink it on its own and I also add flavours to it like the cherry 🍒 or berry . It truly is a sophisticated cup of Tea ! i

    The two teas we ordered are really good quality, smooth and tasty. I personally like the jasmine best, it’s fragrant and refreshing. The service was excellent and we received our tea very quickly. It feels good to buy from a small business and we wish you success in your endeavours.

    I had never to my knowledge had Oolong tea until I tried this. The French call it ‘blue’ tea, and on my first sip I felt I could see why. I can’t explain this, as I am not one of those people who taste, or hear, colours. However, this was by no means unpleasant, and I now enjoy drinking oolong every two or three days, having just re-ordered as I found I liked oolong very much.

    I LOVE Oolong tea and this is one of the best I’ve had. TKY Oolong is a high tier Oolong tea to me and can’t recommend Shibui’s blend enough. Definitely repurchasing again.
