I love the orange and rooibos tea; it has the most exquisite flavour and is very thirst quenching. Delivery and packaging by Shibui were excellent.
Best rooibos I’ve ever had. Smooth and lovely flavour. I was given a taster pack as a gift and after trying it I immediately ordered a full box for myself. Great tea and added bonus of all parts biodegradable
I have been drinking Rooibos tea for many years and was starting to not enjoy. Having tried the Rooibos & Orange as a sample it was absolutely lovely so now have a large on order. Wonderful teas Shibui, the best I’ve tried.
A very refreshing Rooibos ‘tea’ with a lovely orange flavour which doesn’t overpower.
My only gripe is that it is only available as tea bags at present and I prefer loose tea. This is easily overcome by cutting open the bag and putting just the Rooibos into the teapot.
The table below shows the approximate brewing/infusing times for the different tea types.
It assumes around a 2.5 to 3g serving but it is not an exact science so experiment to find the perfect brew time to suit you.
It is best to use freshly boiled water - so if you've got some water left in your kettle from before - pour it out and start again!

If you don't have a fancy kettle which heats the water to different temperatures then a tip to for brewing green & white teas is to put the boiling water into the teapot or mug first and then add the tea. It will have cooled down a bit just by touching the cold teapot. That's what I do anyway...
