2-3 mins Using cooled boiled water at approx. 80°C. Best to brew below boiling - a quick tip - put the boiling water into the mug or teapot first then add the tea - the cold mug will take the sting out of the boiling water.
This Jasmine tea is absolutely delicious, the best I've tasted in a very long time. Discovered Shibui after receiving a gift set at Christmas and am so glad I did.
