A luscious blend of fruity berries and hibiscus petals. A great pick-me-up when you think you have had enough caffeine.

Type: Fruit infusion - naturally caffeine free.

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Elderberry, Currant, Blackcurrant, flavouring.

Brewing: 3-5 minutes at approx. 100°C

I stumbled across this tea at a conference. Its delicious! Couldnt find it at the supermarket but I just had to get me some. Thankfully I’d taken a photo of the label and got it direct online - a really refreshing, fruity tasty tea….mmmmmm

The best Berry tea there is!

The nicest Berry tea there is! After having it a lot at a little cafe I go to when visiting family in Norfolk, I decided to purchace it on line so I could have it regular at home. Love the tins you can also purchase when ordering the tea bags.

Brewing Instructions

The table below shows the approximate brewing/infusing times for the different tea types.

It assumes around a 2.5 to 3g serving but it is not an exact science so experiment to find the perfect brew time to suit you.

It is best to use freshly boiled water - so if you've got some water left in your kettle from before - pour it out and start again!
