I first tried this tea in a local coffee shop and HAD to buy some. I prefer it weak and can get a couple of cups out of the one bag. It’s light, refreshing and so tasty.
The packaging was very smart and eco friendly, loved the coaster with saying on it and the tea samplers. Very nice touch and enticing! Will definitely buy more.
I discovered the Matcha & Sencha tea in a specialised coffee shop in London. Usually, I'm disappointed with the bitter/bland teas that are served when out and about, but this one was delicious - so smooth and reached the depths where good green teas work their magic! I got back home and immediately ordered the 60 teabag pack. Now I'm happy everyday.
Lovley light tea.
Great taste; highly energizing and refreshing, looks and tastes like a premium product. Will buy again. Thank you
Great product ; lovely service
The table below shows the approximate brewing/infusing times for the different tea types.
It assumes around a 2.5 to 3g serving but it is not an exact science so experiment to find the perfect brew time to suit you.
It is best to use freshly boiled water - so if you've got some water left in your kettle from before - pour it out and start again!

If you don't have a fancy kettle which heats the water to different temperatures then a tip to for brewing green & white teas is to put the boiling water into the teapot or mug first and then add the tea. It will have cooled down a bit just by touching the cold teapot. That's what I do anyway...
