I usually don’t like chocolate teas but this is amazing, it works really well with ginger and liquorice
I really enjoy this. The ginger is delicious.
A warming infusion full of flavour; the hit of ginger balances well with the sweetness of the chocolate. A perfect option for those craving something sweet in the evenings without the guilt!
How I love this company! Every tea I've tried has been delicious and this one is no exception. I add a drop of stevia to sweeten, sit back and purr.
Delicious and excellent service
Ginger tea is a must-have for me in wintertime and I love a strong fiery gingery brew. This blend is fantastic with real, chunky pieces of ginger (not the weak stuff one usually finds). Liquorice lends a hint of sweetness, with a faint reminder of cacao in the background. Thumbs up for me!
The table below shows the approximate brewing/infusing times for the different tea types.
It assumes around a 2.5 to 3g serving but it is not an exact science so experiment to find the perfect brew time to suit you.
It is best to use freshly boiled water - so if you've got some water left in your kettle from before - pour it out and start again!

If you don't have a fancy kettle which heats the water to different temperatures then a tip to for brewing green & white teas is to put the boiling water into the teapot or mug first and then add the tea. It will have cooled down a bit just by touching the cold teapot. That's what I do anyway...
