Wonderful customer service which exceeded my expectations. A very genuine and caring company who put a lot of thought into everything they do. Selection of black teas all delicious and a great way to decide on your favourite. A couple of complimentary tea bags added in one of which is my new favourite so will be ordering some of that. Highly recommend this tea and company.

This set gives a great choice to start an exploration of Black teas. Each tea has subtle flavours allowing you to see what regional variation you want to explore more.

Really enjoyed the tea

Really enjoying trying these teas. Favourite so far is the Darjeeling but all the teas so far tried have been good.

I never do reviews but then again I cant remember the last time I was so impressed. This tea honestly left me open mouthed at how good it is. If I said English Breakfast was my favourite tea and that the Shibui English Breakfast was the best I have ever tasted then that would be a good start. The truth is that there was 3 teas in the box I liked even better, and one equally. I'm not a big fan of Darjeeling as it's a bit mild for me, but the taste was outstanding. My house is now a tea bag free zone. If you're in any doubt, take the plunge you wont regret it.

Ideal taster set or gift box for a friend working from home. Deliciousness in a simple brown cardboard canister. Looks and tastes great.

These teas have a wonderful aroma and depth of flavour; and each tea is distinctively different from the others making the collection a great introduction to quality leaf tea. We enjoyed them so much my partner and I both purchased again as gifts for friends and family, plus a nice big bag of English breakfast. We also appreciated the environmentally friendly packaging. Highly recommended!

Bought as birthday gift for son-in-law who is a real connoisseur of teas. He can‘t stop thanking me. Making a pot of one of these very special teas is his time to switch off, relax and just relish the flavours. Cannot recommend highly enough if you have a discerning palate.
