Beautifully designed, robust and extremely effective. Keeps my drink hot for over 9 hour. And more importantly, it is watertight! Highly recommended

Great flask, really nice to drink out of with the lid brilliantly designed to slow the flow of a hot drink, or hold ice cubes back for a cold. Might order the other size just for options

I could not rate my experience with Shibui highly enough. My Kinto travel mug arrived very quickly, in perfect condition and to my surprise came with a sample box of tea bags. I’m a huge lover of herbal tea, so this was a wonderful little treat. The teas are absolutely delicious and I’ll certainly be telling everyone I know to order some! I hope to order some more myself soon - in the meantime I’ve been enjoying trying all the flavours in my Kinto travel mug. Thank you Shibui, really went the extra mile ✨

Nice feel, keeps tea hot, doesn’t spill, fits in car cup holders. It does exactly what it should.

I bought two of these as I often can hardly bear to leave tea in the teapot when I’m called out. They are such beautiful colours and very effective. Now my tea comes with me! 😊

I have several travel cups but this is by far the best one for keeping my tea warm. I like to make an extra cup

Im yet to test this out for keeping my tea hot for a long period. But so far on a short trip to the beach i found it great to drink out of, kept my tea nice and hot and i love the design! Love the sampler box it came with, green tea especially delicious :)

Keeps hot drinks hot for several hours and looks stylish while doing so! These are so good I bought another. The only slight downside is that they don't go in the dishwasher, but they are such a simple design that they are easy to clean, so still worthy of 5 starts.

Shibui is also a great company to deal with. I like their personal touches in the form of a little handwritten message on the receipt. They're also very quick to dispatch and their communication is excellent.

I purchased this a little over a month ago now, so have used it pretty well before this review. It has a very nice simple design, and most importantly - keeps my drink hot - be it while I'm working, out walking, etc. some other positives are this actually fits in my car cup holder (which others I've used before haven't) plus under my coffee machine at home and the cafe's at work.
So, basically it does it's job very well - no complaints. I'm going to buy a second as a Christmas present for my father now. The tea selection (delicious) and note that came with the order were a lovely touch too!
