Fantastic tea, and great service. Will be buying again!
I enjoy this tea but I first had your tea in nando s and looked you up on line but I can’t get the same mix it was the one I had but sure it had honey in it as it was sweeter but I will be ordering again just hope you can help
This tea is a bit of an aquired taste I think. It tastes quite grassy, which I'm starting to enjoy more, but not loving it as much as the other teas I have bought from Shibui. I like the ethos of the company and the sustainable packaging so will definitely be a return customer.
I’m no expert but to me this tea doesn’t taste of much at all. It also contains v small particles that I’m unable to sieve & so they end up in my cuppa.
Bought out of interest and a very nice tea. Subtle flavour that works with both milk and without IMO

It is best to use freshly boiled water - so if you've got some water left in your kettle from before - pour it out and start again!

If you don't have a fancy kettle which heats the water to different temperatures then a tip to for brewing green & white teas is to put the boiling water into the teapot or mug first and then add the tea. It will have cooled down a bit just by touching the cold teapot. That's what I do anyway...
