You've placed your order - when will it arrive

Please note that we process orders Monday - Friday and do not include any bank holidays.

Once we've received your order we aim to dispatch it within 1-2 working days although this may take longer during busy times. Please note that our working days are Monday to Friday. You can choose how you want your goods dispatched. We use Royal Mail Tracked Second Class delivery for the majority of our orders and if your order is over £30 then we will send it this way free of charge. This should get to you within 2-3 working days of us posting it but if you do need it by a guaranteed date then we do recommend that you use the express delivery option. For express delivery we use DHL, DPD and Royal Mail Tracked First Class at our discretion. Providing you place the order by 12 noon then it should be with you at some point during the next working day.

Note that orders sent by express delivery cannot be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday and we have no control over what time of the day it arrives. The drivers will make 3 attempts to deliver it. If you do need it by the next day and will not be available all of the day to receive it then please put a note in the delivery instructions box when you place your order to say where the post man can put it. We'll add the note to the parcel when we send it out. You should also receive a notification from the courier so you'll be able to track your delivery and make alternative arrangements if you're not going to be around when they attempt delivery.

Whilst the vast majority of the parcels we send reach their destinations within the usual delivery times, occasionally parcels get delayed and take longer than normal. We ask you to please be patient but, if after 10 working days from placing your order, you are concerned about its whereabouts, just get in touch. We do suggest that you please check with your local post office depot to see if they have it there in the first instance - more often than not the postman has forgotten to put a card through the letter box!

We are able to send our teas internationally to certain countries - please see the shipping calculator on the cart page for a list of countries covered.

Please note that the weight for international delivery is 2kg and any duties and import fees may have to be paid in addition to delivery costs. These will be your responsibility and are outwith our control and we don't know the amount which may be due.
